Fixture Design and Manufacturing
Part analysis, inspection-point definition and technical documentation for inspection and welding fixtures.
We analyze parts, define the required inspection points and work on suitable inspection fixture design, manufacturing and technical drawings. Welding fixtures and inspection fixtures are included in this scope.
With ATOS 3D scanning, existing parts can be digitized to support measurement, analysis and data generation. Fixture manufacturing can be carried out with a precision approach of up to 0.02 mm.
